A couple of years ago, I purchased a 30-year-old townhome in Southern California. Due to HOA restrictions, I couldn’t make structural changes, so I focused on remodeling dated features like textured walls, polished marble flooring mixed with hardwood, and narrow doorways. Initially, I thought a local designer would be best to achieve the modern, California coastal vibe I envisioned, but Debbie assured me she could do it remotely. Through video calls and sharing measurements, Debbie’s expertise and dedication shone.

Debbie created furniture layouts for each room, sourced all the furnishings, and guided me on wall colors, flooring, and fireplace finishes. When it was time to move in, she made another visit to oversee furniture placement and shop with me locally for accessories to personalize the space.

Whenever I walk through the door, I’m welcomed by the casual chicness of the Southern California coast. Debbie combined the blue-and-white palette I love with warm wood tones and striking accessory accents. Her incredible eye for color and thematic details truly brought my home to life.
